ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Saints are high on Davante Adams’ wishlist of trade destinations. He wants to catch passes from Derek Carr once again:

Adams and Carr spent one season together, but the pair had chemistry. In 17 games that season, Adams had a league-high 14 receiving touchdowns in 2022 and caught 100 passes for 1,516 yards. Carr played in 15 of those games before he was benched in what turned out to be his final season with the Raiders.

The Raiders and Davante Adams are headed for a split. At least that's what we're being lead on to believe from the reports. Adams said he prefers to be traded, and ESPN's Adam Schefter said on Tuesday afternoon that Las Vegas would “consider” trading the 32-year-old receiver for a package that would include a second-round pick and additional compensation.
