Paul Skenes may be just as good at gift-giving as he is on the mound. The Pirates phenom gave his girlfriend, LSU gymnast Olivia “Livvy” Dunne, a customized Topps baseball card of her and their dog Roux . Dunne, who turned 22 on Tuesday, took to Snapchat to show off her special present. “ELITE GIFT,” the caption on the post read.

When the Pirates pitcher made the MLB's All-Star roster as a rookie earlier this season, Dunne celebrated his historic selection with pizza and champagne. According to CNN, Skenes' selection made him the first MLB player to earn an All-Star nod the season after getting drafted first overall.
