A man was arrested as deputies say he is suspected of inappropriately touching a child at a County thrift store while her mother was trying on clothes earlier this year.

A man is accused of sexually assaulting children at a thrift store during repeated visits over the course of months. Sacramento County investigators believe there may also be more victims.

Creek County deputies arrested a Depew man, 74-year-old Eddie Matlock, for alleged child sexual abuse. Creek County Sheriff's Office said the arrest follows a comprehensive investigation after receiving multiple complaints regarding the alleged abuse.

A man is now in custody after he allegedly sexually assaulted an 8-year-old at the Goodwill on Elkhorn Boulevard in May. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year-old Cesar Augusto Ortezponce was arrested Thursday after being detained at the same store.
